Galakiwi is committed to protecting Users’ online privacy and personal data. Any personal information communicated by the User following a request for information via the Site will be protected by Galakiwi.

This information is required to respond to Users’ requests, to better know Users and to inform them about our products and services through a variety of media. This information is only used by Galakiwi and will not be transferred to any third parties, unless required for the fulfillment of a travel request, such as, but not limited to passing on names and passport details to an airline.

Users may therefore receive commercial offers or information from Galakiwi following their request for information. Regarding email messages, the User may at any time ask to be removed from our mailing list through the unsubscribe link featured on all our emails.
The User reserves the right to access, modify, rectify or remove any personal information at any time. He or she may exercise this right by sending an email to info@galakiwi.com.

By requesting travel services from Galakiwi, you are authorizing Galakiwi to obtain your personal private information and/or to provide your personally identifiable information to those third parties that we deem necessary to provide you with the service that you have requested and to provide the type of information that we deem is required as an integral part of booking your tour and travel arrangements. By requesting travel services from us, you are certifying that all information that you provide to us will be accurate, complete and current and that you are not and have not knowingly provided us with any false information. Galakiwi takes your privacy seriously, however we are not responsible for, and cannot be held accountable for, the manner in which third parties handle or protect your personal information.

Galakiwi cannot be held responsible for the information posted on third-party sites nor third party sites’ handling of Users’ personal data, which remains the sole responsibility of these sites.
